$250 Security Deposit is required for all reservations. The security deposit will be returned to you within a week of your departure as long as all furniture and items in the apartment are left as they were found. To make a reservation, you must submit the security deposit in full.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 14+ Days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 50% of deposit.
