Deposit Policy:
$250 Security Deposit is required for all reservations. The security deposit will be returned to you within a week of your departure as long as all furniture and items in the apartment are left as they were found and check-in and check-out policies are followed. To make a reservation, you must submit the security deposit in full.
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit.
